Do you take happiness in practicing self-discipline?

They love to tell you about their routine, their mindset, their habits, how they practice self-control or something they have mastered. There is always something in the description of their life where self-discipline was at play. They look forward to it and look forward to doing the work, they like to talk about what they do beyond a hobby level. Their life has been forged in the pursuit of gaining mastery of themselves, and they actually like it.
They tend to work out more, eat healthier and meditate regularly, but it’s more than that – they take pride in their self-discipline.
Their life has been forged by the pursuit and the joy in the pursuit of gaining greater mastery of themselves. They have disciplined themselves to do difficult things and they like it.
Self-discipline is not easy – but it is necessary to level up.
